   I used to own a Novadreamer. I returned it for a refund because, in my   
   opinion, it didn't work very well and wasn't worth the money. My other   
   system worked much better. All I did was purchase an inexpensive video   
   camera, plug it into my VCR, and flash the bedroom light on and off   
   three times every 90 minutes. Once this was accomplished, all I needed   
   to do was to play the VHS when going asleep.
