   Hello, my name is Jeremy Isaacs and I am the webmaster for the American   
   Academy of sleep medicine.  We are currently converting all of the sleep   
   disorders in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders into laymen   
   terms and posting them as we finish.  Look for sleep paralysis to come soon   
   to the site.  We will be adding a lot of information shortly including
