The drug Doxepin used to treat insomnia among other things has as a
side effectf extremely vivid dreams. Drinking soda pop before going to
sleep and when you awake during the night always added to my dreams.

I used to smoke pot before going to sleep to enhance dreams never
heard of abstaining enhancing dreams before. I have been herb free for
over two years now and my dreams and nightmares are the most vivid
   they have ever been.
