   I"m not making lame excuses, I'm pointing out the fact that the jury is   
   out on the amount of damage it can cause one over time. Obviously it   
   will, I thought the argument was about _how much_ damage it will cause   
   over other earthly elements thats easy for people to compare to.   
      
   Anything can cause damage to a person in excess.. water, vitamin a, air.   
      
   Try not to focus so much on the legality or morality of the situation.
