   Around 18% of Canadians are immigrants and many of them still speak no   
   English. The number one news story is the Air India bombing which   
   killed over 300 people in the 80's and the recent acquital of two   
   immigrants for the crime. Another immigrant was convicted in a related   
   case. Anyways this thread has veered far from dreaming so that is it
