From: ericnet@comcast.net              What a great question!       This has been the cause of many 'lost' lucid dreams in my case.       I think the difference between dreaming you're lucid and being lucid, is in       the act of trying to sustain the lucidity.       We too quickly try to 'do' something, instead of just alternating between       our hands and whatever is in front of us.       The 'effort' to remember to keep changing focus, and the fact that each       iteration between the hands and the dream image causes more solidity, makes       it quite obvious that we are lucid.       I've been stuck for years now, but I'm giving it another try!       Good luck!              "Nur Lan" |
