   in the middle of a dream, get out of bed and walk to the bathroom, take a   
   leak and then return to bed and I can continue my dream almost every time.   
   How common is it to awaken from a dream, perform conscious acts, and return   
   back to the same dream?  I've done this it in different states of sleep.   
   I've done it more than once in the same dream/sleep session.
