   Hi all,   
      
   Here is the procedure.   
   It will work best with people already familiar with reality test and   
   intention to recognize the dream state.   
      
      
   1 - About every hour, with a digital camera (could be the one in your   
   cellphone), take a picture of your hand (the one not holding the camera).   
   2 - Observe and compare the picture on the screen with your real hand. Do   
   you notice a difference ? Is the photographic device working properly ?   
   3 - Decide if you are dreaming or not.   
   4 - If not, then affirm your intention to recognize the dream state and that   
   the sight of your hands will allow you to do so.   
      
   Very efficient for me at least.
