   I just read that brain "work" in four waves   
   Alpha - awake, focussed inside   
   Beta - awake, focussed outside   
   Delta - deep sleep   
   Theta - dreaming and intuitive stuff   
      
   Do you know for any free/opensource tool which can help me to manage various   
   brain waves?   
      
   Is it even possible to do this?
