There is the old fashioned way... perfect for training yourself to lucid
dream. Once you have this down, its supposed to be quite easy to put
yourself back into this lucid dreaming state. all you need is an alarm clock
that does wake you up (i cannot use any alarm clock that buzzes since i
sleep right through it). Set the alarm for intervals of between 20 and 30
mins... The recommended time frame is 20 mins. This really only needs be
done over a couple of days (certainly not all through your sleep time)

When i nap i lucid dream all the time. When i decide to sleep... I sleep so
deeply that I never remember any dreams that may have happened... only
occassionally do i remember anything more than snippets (images more than
anything else) or feelings from the dream. Anyone got any ideas how to
   improve on this?
