|    The voices    |

From: actorius@westnet.com.au              "bloody hell its so fricken noisy!"              Its a comment or a variation of it that I often hear myself say during dream       state, and shortly after realising the noise levels I do one of two things,       I fall asleep so deeply i stop remembering and further dreams, or I wake.       What is the noise I often hear? People. Many people chatting all at once,       like they are vying for my attention. I have no fear of what these voices       are, they simply are the spirits around, some of them are my actual spirit       guides, human or otherwise, but many are spirits passing through, just       waiting for someone to talk to, even if for only a moment.              I have been trying to train myself to listen for these voices, since I know       if i can hear them, and simply stop my through or out of the deeper dream       states(so far all all i have done is reconise that there are voices, but       have moved on before i could react to them in the way that i want to), that       I will be able to spend some considerable time listening to them, learning       from them, or helping them. Whats frustrating is I cant seem to stop right       where the voices are. If I am sleeping, I often continue into the deeper       states of sleep, yet if I am lucid dreaming where I have had recently and on       more than one occassion, heard a single voice, usually saying hello or some       such. Problem here is its real enough that I may as well have heard it       spoken from someone standing next to me, and my natural reaction is to wake       up.              I have reconised one major pattern though. That is when I am on the way       "down" to deeper sleep, and have heard these voices on the way, I have woken       sometime later and have brief images or feelings from whatever dreams had       passed. I do not remember them long enough to note them (unless there is a       reason to remember them, IE some sort of message i must know)       This is opposed to when I dont hear the voices I remember naught about my       dreams through the night.              Anyone else have experiences like this? any tips or tricks i could try?       mental exercises maybe?              Advice in this manner would be greatly appreciated.              CA              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
