   anyone think this might help with becoming lucid in your dreams on a regular   
   basis?   
      
   i've never been hypnotized and i don't really believe in it, so according to   
   stuff i've read about hypnosis, it's not even likely to work if i'm not a   
   believer and willing to be hypnotized.  well, i am very willing and i'm hell   
   bent to become lucid in my dreams on a regular basis, so i think i'll give   
   it a shot.
