The second one was not haveing controll in a lucid dream when I really had
needed it in a nightmare situtation.

To understand this right you should know that I was dreaming lucid a lot
that days and I was free of any nightmares during that time (more than 2
years) so that I wondered if it is even possible to have a nightmare again
once when you discovered the abitility to be lucid in dreams and have the
controll. It was a serious question I wondered a day ago. And this was the
   answer as I see it.
Because I knew that I questioned it, it wasnt such a shocking experience
like the other experiene but It was really an unpleasend experience to be
lucid in a dangerous nightmare situation and really powerless to prevent
anything nevertheless. Knowing that it is a dream hasn't helped me so much
   then.

About the first bad experience that I had, the multiple awakeing that
shocked me hard and where I forced myself to wake up complet in an act of
will that I mentioned, I have to add that this would not be a shocking
experience to me anymore today. I have had a number multiple awakening since
then and this doesnt triggers any fear in me anymore. It was just that, that
I was unprepared and paniced that I maybe never wake up completly anymore.

   Greetings,
