Relax, BB, and remember that you're in a state of paralysis every nite
   at least 4 times..during REM. It's a natural protective
(theoretically) state so that the dreamer doesn't get up and act out
the dreams. SP simply happens at odd times when you're biological
clock is thrown out of kilter (like taking a nap) and you wake up
before the paralyzing neurochemicals have a chance to flush out of
your system. No big deal. In fact, you've discovered, accidently, what
many of us train ourselves to do, use the SP State as a jumping off
point to having out of body experiences; matters not whether they're
"real" or not...the important thing is that it's another
step....INWARD, that leads to more and more knowledge of Self...and
   that's a GOOD thing! :))
   happy floating!
