   Hi,

One of my latest dreams had an enviroment that was far away from reality so
I immediately knew i was dreaming. A bridge was looking very science
fiction like, as well as the surroundings, like i was in a blue and green
globe. I think that this is because I played a Tombraider a few weeks ago.

And I think that I know that I am dreaming because at the same time there's
some consciousness that is telling me I am laying in my bed and my physical
body is not moving, while my dream body is. It's more like being aware than
   thinking that your dreaming.

Maybe you watch science fiction series or play videogames and if you stop
doing that your surroundings could change into realistic ones.
