   Every so often I have the lucid dream.  Usually 2 types:   
   1. If people are in it, I know I am dreaming and can do what I want, so I   
   will have sex with them, LOL.   
      
   2. If no people and I am alone.  I will start to fly.   
      
   In either case, the dream does not last long, and I seem to transition to   
   the waking state but I go through and odd feeling of not being able to yell   
   or talk, or move.  It is a weird feeling like I try to move but cant, not   
   pleasant.   
   Then I wake up.   
      
   What is that?
