   This is slightly off-topic but interesting.   
      
   My future mother in-law is facing likely death with cancer.  I dreamt I was   
   given the choice to die, but it was the only choice I had (some kind of   
   sacrifice).  The method of my death was to look into the face of the woman   
   who was giving me the choice.  She was wise and compassionate, and seemed to   
   be about 65 years old.  I was given time to say good-bye to my loved ones,   
   sad but resigned.  I knew they would be ok.  I looked into the woman's face   
   and died.   
      
   It was one of those "big" dreams.  Not quite lucid but significant.  Any   
   thoughts?
