   i intend reading stephen laberge's book on lucid dreaming but in another   
   thread about how to initiate lucid dreaming you mention something about   
   "lars lucid dreaming faq" , what do you mean by that , or is stephen   
   laberge's book enough for trying all diff methods ( without using face masks   
   , machinery or medication , only cognitive suggestion or other similar
