   Now, of we are constantly choosing our timeline and reality in every moment,   
   what would happen that if for some reason you dremped yourself into a   
   timeline where you had no thumb, and would you have to believe it for it to   
   happen? If you kept dreaming of chopping off your thumb, eventually you   
   would chop it off somehow. Have you ever herd that you manifest your fears.   
   Like attracts like. This is why some people are traped in paradise and some   
   are trapped in a perpetual nightmare. It is where we 'think' we are, or   
   where we drempt ourselves that comes into existance here in 3rd demension.   
   Can we constantly choose which timeline we are going to go down, and are   
   there an infinite number of timelines hapening in every moment which is now   
   past present and future. Somewhere in that you are definately missing a   
   thumb. LOL. Not to mention other parts of your anatomy you are apperently   
   attached to because it keeps growing back in the next dream. LOL.
