From: 7of9@unimatrix_01.gov              I have a question about Wild's. I have tried several times to WILD, usually       in the early afternoon (say, 2:00pm.) I have never succeeded at falling       asleep though. After a while of laying in bed on my back, I'll reach the       point where I begin to lose feeling in my hands and feet, but I never       progresses to the rest of my body. I continue to be able to feel the rest       of myself, especially my breathing and heartbeat. I may lay like this for a       long time and not go any further (including a lack of hypnagogic imagery or       sounds), and finally get up to find that I had been laying there for four       hours with no progress. Am I doing something wrong? Is there any validity       to the binaural beat generator programs I have seen around that might help       me, or are they ineffective/dangerous? I appreciate any advice anyone may       have. Thanks!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
