Am I doing something wrong?              Perhaps you could try to deprive yourself of sleep by sleeping less at       night?                      Is there any validity       > to the binaural beat generator programs I have seen around that might help       > me, or are they ineffective/dangerous? Thanks!              Binaural beats are in my experience ok tools for relaxation and       self-hypnosis, but not tremendously effective, and not required to       achieve good results. Though, since there are free programs available       for them, you could try them. I don't think there would be any ill effects.                     Cheers, KC              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
