   i wonder why our brain always starts over and over this first sleep (with   
   five stages) -   
   maybe thats the reason i dont remember most of my dreams , i probably awake   
   on an early time in the first or second stage ? - lucid dreaming would be a   
   part of rem sleep then ? - why is there not a third and fourth and ...sleep
