   Yes,   
   Sometimes its with a 'bang', sometimes with a vibration, and sometimes I   
   just come right out.  The problem is that I heard If you can see your body,   
   then its astral travel, but when I'm out, I can see my body if I want to and   
   if I don't want, then its not there.  Also everything in the room looks kind   
   of the same, but not exactly.
