   Hello all,   
   thanks for all the info so far.   
      
   Here is another question:   
      
   Is there any good way to read when lucid dreaming or ob?  I always have   
   trouble with looking/reading  actual texts (gets blurry, moves around,   
   changes) .  Any good techniques?
