   David, if you wish to be free of the snares of duality (that often present as   
   mental health issues) you may wish to focus more on your own relationship with   
   nature, aka "God," such as Jesus Himself teaches, as recorded in Luke 6:42, as   
   well as Matthew 24:4- "Take heed, lest anyone you mislead."  (As in: Mind your   
   *own* flock- let *other* shepherds tend to their *own* sheep.)
