Hello Dick,   
         I usually stretch while I am in the shower and only have these charlie   
   horses in the summer because I keep my windows open at night because air   
   conditioning stops my head up with sinus problems.  As it cools off here at   
   night, I get cold from just    
   lying on top of my sheets.  Think this is causing my leg problems.
