   This morning, after getting up / while eating breakfast then again while   
   typing my (just previous) reply to $andyDollar, I noticed the right side of my   
   head going numb, as if the nerve that runs from below the rightmost corner of   
   my right eye, down along    
   my facial / cheek ridge, to the top of the right side of my upper gum,   
   directly to my philtrum (below my nostrils) which is indicative of a TIA, or   
   "minor" stroke.  I've noticed these in the past and not paid much attention to   
   them, but last evening of    
   July 4th, I got hit with a TIA that laid me up in bed for a full week.  I'm   
   hoping this will just be one of the minor ones, but the sense of nerve going   
   cold / inner muscle cramping has been slightly worrisome.  I took an aspirin   
   with breakfast to see if    
   that helps.  I checked myself out in the mirror, and none of my muscle groups   
   *looked* affected, but they sure *felt* affected.  ("Feelings running below   
   the surface," eh?)  This began *prior* to eating breakfast, then I took a   
   blood sugar count *after*    
   breakfast, which read 201, around double what it should be, but I'll try again   
   before lunch to see if it's adjusted back down properly.   
      
   There were a BUNCH of dreams, but rather than write full, drawn out stories,   
   I'll stick to what I felt (as much as possible.)     
      
   One involved a pastor moving out of a home, which in a parsonage setting, also   
   involves one moving IN to a home.  Regardless, I had the sense that I was   
   being asked to paint the place *again* and was feeling rather reluctant to   
   want to comply.  A    
   possibly related dream involved surveying an area outside, where a creek /   
   possible flood plain was being leveled by the rise beside it—- as if someone   
   had bulldozed the area to grade it, wiping out the creek / stream.  It   
   occurred to me that the    
   stream would reassert itself, as water always flows to a lowest point.  That   
   this could *possibly* be related to my facial nerve activity this morning is a   
   stretch, but never pathways DO tend to flow "like water," while blood channels   
   (arteries,    
   capillaries) tend to pulse flow like tides.  All clarity 6 or 7.   
      
   Another dream seemed somehow related to the function of ejaculation (clarity   
   perhaps 4, 5 at best) but had no other sexual connotations with it, so I'm   
   thinking it was just some symbolic representation of the emanation of the life   
   force in some way.     
   Curiously enough, there was another dream segment later, similar to visiting   
   children in a nursery of sorts.  There were at least 2, possibly 3 or 4   
   children in a type of room.  Two boys stood out, but only one of them was of   
   greatest attention / focus:     
   these kids were NOT newborns, possibly of the crawler / toddler age brackets,   
   as they were non-verbal.  There appeared to be a speaker of some kind   
   emanating music of a non-classical variety, more like propaganda type music   
   with a tenor/baritone male    
   voice canting along with it, but faster than a chant tempo, slower than a   
   foxtrot.  I didn't catch the music or lyrics but just the sense of it, and   
   thinking surely there were better choices (happier tone, perhaps?) with which   
   to expose young children. (   
   Clarity 5 or 6, 7 at best.)   
      
   One other dream involved a very weird radio that used something very much like   
   a human head (seen from the back) as a receiver / transmitter, possibly an   
   analogy of my own physiological problem(s.)  Moving the head forwards and   
   backwards affected the    
   volume heard.  Clarity maybe 4,
