   I also get the impression the group of people putting slips in a crystal   
   container is a metaphor / parallel / interpretation of people texting or   
   messaging or posting in some way, as the crystal container represents the   
   Internet (or Cloud, if you will.)     
   The "boss woman" sounds just like an admin who doesn't understand her own   
   position all too well. There are a number of those around online.  The best   
   one can do is try to be as reasonable as possible with them.   
      
   As to WHY this recurring dream of a guy doing exercises crosswise, doesn't   
   just about everyone have a time and a place for doing things in a slightly off   
   manner from the norm?  As to what or who this guy means to you, I have no idea.
