   tattoos *willingly*, even with gusto, for lack of a better term?   
      
   I was raised by folk who considered a tattoo as the mark of the devil.  All I   
   can say about it is that when cops book a suspect for any reason, regardless   
   of guilt or innocence, even BEFORE any decision of guilt or innocence, they   
   make it a point to    
   record a person's tattoos, if any.  So to me, I see tattoos as a "handle" of   
   sorts, by which someone may be "grabbed."
