Right offhand? Perhaps (and yes, this is a *stretch*) PERHAPS you were
dream-sharing with another person with whom you have a common interest in the
condition of your teeth, and as you were sharing this dream experience, you
   *may* have alerted that
other person to be on the lookout...?

   > Gemstone Clip: I pick up tweezers and pick up [rubies], sapphires and
emeralds putting them in my clear plastic container. I hand these to a female
and she in return places these with tweezers onto the oval and round discs and
   automatically
melt onto the discs. I start wondering how these discs are going to be put
together to possibly make jewelry when I wake just then.

It may just be me and my brain damage, but I can't exactly make out the action
of this segment. I gathered that you used tweezers to pick up tiny gemstones
and place them in a container and that another female used tweezers to
   place... what, exactly?
Does she remove them from your larger container and place the gemstones into
   her individual containers?

It sounds as if the individual containers shrink-wrap themselves to the
gemstones. I can see how clear-wrapping gems might make light cleaning easier,
by simply blowing off any dust on the wrapping, but I'm also lost on the
   purpose of the shrink-wrapping.
Clear-coating MAY offer an impervious layer of protection, but for that to
happen, the wrap would have to be made of something with a *GREATER* hardness
   rating than the gems themselves.
