   Unfortunately, Joyce (who was originally a bright and loving and even   
   attractive individual) was raised by her grandmother, who was an exceptionally   
   harsh and overbearing individual, who uttered insults with nearly every   
   breath.  I imagine Joyce did not    
   develop a very positive self-image, which may have been what led to the   
   destruction of the family I tried to build with her.  I agree it seems to be   
   OOB-related, but could also simply be a reflection that she and I are now   
   simply traveling on different    
   levels these days.
