   Right... I *thought* I remembered your having told me that in the past (but I   
   often forget things these days.)  I am also a cat-lover, but not allowed to   
   keep one at this time.  Still, I *am* VERY thankful for my dog.  Dogs make for   
   "devoted, loving"    
   pets, while cats make for "independent" and *sometimes* loving pets.  Sure, a   
   cat can show affection, but a dog nearly *always* shows loyalty.  (Honestly, I   
   wouldn't mind having one of each at the same time.)
