   These "train of thought" type dreams seem to have a recognizable sequence:    
   the dreamer is going along until a change of plan takes place, then it ends   
   and the dreamer wakes up.  The only thing I can say is that it seems to be the   
   change of plans /    
   change of thought that always terminates dreams of this nature.   
      
   If you can figure something out, go for it :-)
