|    2020/03/23 Monday: Mother's chainsaw sna    |

From: dicksilk@gmail.com              2020/03/23 Monday: Mother's chainsaw snag :-)              So this was the dream before waking: My mother came to me with a problem in       which she needed help solving. I followed her outdoors, and noticed a       treeline had been pruned (neighbors' trees along the line of the field had       been trimmed of low-hanging        branches.) As I followed her toward Reeves-Rogers School, the first problem I       noticed was the cross-cut hacksaw pinched about 8'–10' in the air. Then a       bit further down, the same problem with the chainsaw. This started to really       bother me, as she had        NO business at her age going around with a chainsaw. (In real life, the idea       of her using the chainsaw is ludicrous, as she'd likely be able to barely lift       it unless perhaps in an emergency, and I'm fairly certain she'd be unable to       start it unless it        were fixed.) I began bemoaning (bitching) about how her having done this       could possibly have led to a mortal (if not fatal) injury, and the dream       *began* to end, but my mind was still on the problem of how best to fix the       problem. The solution came to        mind before I actually awoke, but was just outside the "visual bubble" of the       dream scene.              The solution is easy: get the aluminum extension ladder, use it to prop up       the branch pinching the hacksaw, thus freeing the hacksaw. Then take the       ladder and the hand saw to free the chainsaw, then complete the task of       pruning the trees (perhaps) but â       €” as to what this all represents/represented? Who knows? Clarity 7 to 8,       easily. Note that as the person in the dream was a bit more vigorous /       healthy / stronger than my real life mother, it's *possible* she was actually       a representation of Gina,        who would be about 56 years old now, which is far more in line with the       characteristics of the female in the dream, which really starts to put the       concept of "soulmate" into the perspective of the person one most needs in       order to help one through life's        mysteries, which also puts life itself into a much different perspective.              The other dream currently escapes my memory / has evaporated, but I *had* it       when I first got up. Something about pants / pockets / accessibility (such as       keys in one's pocket.) Clarity was at around 5, but evaporation has pretty       much killed even that        much.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
