   2020/04/07 Tuesday: Filling Station?

So there's this predominant dream but it involves a few side matters, such as
the feeling of driving along in a vehicle, listening to a song on the radio,
and grasping some of the content of the lyrics: they *sound like* they're
   dealing with Yahoo Pizza,
that being the "Yahoo" internet service combined with a familiar pizza
delivery business, such as Domino's or Pizza Hut. The tune isn't very
complicated. In fact, it's mostly just one person's voice chanting along one
simple tune (no harmony of note.)
The voice of the person singing sounds exactly like the voice of my buddy from
back in high school, who goes by the initials DJR ("Dee-Jer") and was last
known to be serving time in a south-west jail (Arizona?) for at least one
   sex-related issue
involving minors. So during the dream, I noticed Dee-Jer was on the left, but
to say we were "driving" is a bit of an over-statement. More like we were
simply involved in the same discussion, during which I asked him, "Was that
you I heard on the radio?
" to which he nodded or somehow issued a confirmation.

This clip somehow turned into a larger scene involving a filling station,
whereat a vehicle was at the pumps, *except* it wasn't taking gas INTO the
tank, but rather pumping gas OUT of it, into a storage tank (below ground
level) at the station. To do
this, there was a special hose that simply reached into the vehicle and
provided the siphon (intake) tube, to suck the gas *out* of the rear of the
vehicle, and a standard pump nozzle being used to dispense the gas, except
   rather than into a vehicle's
gas port, this nozzle was simply delivering the fuel into the ground tank at
the station. There was some question as to why this was happening, to which
there was some sense that this was just how things were done, when too much
   had been taken and there
was an excess that needed returned. It was also imagined that money would be
received for the return of the fuel, just as money is typically paid when
buying fuel. There was some type of scene involving a (female?) person
   standing with (her) hand out,
as a waitress would carry a raised platter through a restaurant, only instead
of carrying a tray, oversized monetary bills were being placed in her hand, as
if she were carrying a tray of money. Only these bills weren't the size of
   wallet bills. These
were LARGE and made of light, roughly 2' wide by 6" high, although the
thickness of each bill was not immediately apparent. The stack itself was
   easily 6" tall, +/-.

I got up before sunrise to let the dog out, but found myself hungry and unable
to get back to sleep, so I ended up out here working on my morning laptop
   routine.

Meanwhile, I have this new tweet to share around:
