From: dicksilk@gmail.com              2020/06/29 Monday:              I keep having Hobbit (dwarves) related dreams. Had another one last night /       this morning before waking. Other than some remnant of action being involved,       I can't recall. The dream was around clarity 4 or 5 at best originally. Add       to (or take away        from) that the evaporation effect, and all I'm left with is "dwarves", maybe 1       to 3 total. No idea. Regardless, that was / is a *great* (an *EPIC*) novel /       film! √              Another curious dream involved a scene involving an open-touring car from       perhaps the 1930s, a blonde dressed in the same era (a black and white       perspective!) and only vague other ideas of what it could have been about.       Clarity 6 or 7, maybe even an 8.              This other dream was clearly an 8 but evaporation has eroded a bit of it.        There were at least two forces in play, plus the dreamer, so let's go with 3?        (Maybe just two, hard to say): It had the feel of a union boss (with the       sense of corrupt power        that benefited mostly him) who was overseeing a project that had the sense of       a skyscraper in a large city (like NYC) along with the sense that the project       was half-complete (the outline of the building was apparent, with the feeling       that it was perhaps        at least 30%-40% complete) and the "boss" had the sense that he was "in       charge", as if he had the project by the 'nads, as it were. This guy was a       thick critter, kinda like an Irish-Bronx boxer type, *maybe* 6' tall, but       appeared taller than those        around him, who were not even "seen"!              The pivotal point here is that the boss appeared to be dictating his will to       the project owner (the one paying for it all) as to how things were gonna go.        The unclear part of this is whether the dreamer was any party to this       conversation, because the        rest was mostly "felt" than anything else: The other guy on the end of the       line (which had a quality that felt closer to being "the dreamer") seemed to       have knowledge of a very fine, specific, legal clause within the contract, and       chose to invoke (       execute) it over the phone with the "boss", essentially *firing* the boss,       then hanging up the phone. Whether the owner had another source to help       complete the project or not was unknown. Any question of whether the project       was even salvageable or not        wasn't even raised. The point that the "boss" was terminated / the contract       phrase invoked upon him was all that mattered. There was NOTHING the "boss"       could do. (Not legally, at any rate. Any criminal retaliation or sabotage       would have been a        decision / choice / action not of the owner's making.)              There was something of a follow-up / aftershock / wave of a dream, wherein the       "boss" (who was no longer boss of *anything*) seemed to be in a location of       reprieve, such as at a massage parlor or spa. The dreamer at this point       seemed rather timid, as        would a person of significantly slighter build would feel around a giant oaf.        There seemed to be the need of the ex-boss to relieve some tension, so the       dreamer proceeded to give an elbow-point massage, whereby one takes one's       elbow and uses it for deep-       tissue / muscle penetration of the neck and shoulders. This is only used on       the super-beefy by someone with a lesser body build, where simply hand /       finger strength is not enough to reach those deeper knots. There were two       thoughts perceived at that        point: 1) there was a target in need of massage therapy, and 2) how to get       out of there without getting attacked?              The dream ended (!)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
