It's a       big room that has used turquoise padded panels along with padded benches to       create smaller rooms within the larger room. There are a couple of other       people with me but I can'       t see them clearly so I think of them as fake props in the dream scene.              I've come to an understanding that "rooms" in dreams often indicate a       particular gathering of a *set* of people (in my life, typically online       meeting places with different nuances.) Turquoise in my mind strikes me of       Arizona, New Mexico, and areas of        the central-southwest. Unless someone imports it or buys it at a jewelry       shop, it's basically unseen in other areas of the country (unless someone from       the southwest is wearing it as a form of jewelry.) The pads bring to mind a       gymnasium-type        environment, or someplace that's oriented toward creating a "padded"       atmosphere. I would note a word of caution against leftist ideology here. I       don't know how it plays in your area of the country, but around here, the Left       is basically a force        designed to destroy. Period. This is often accomplished through the use of       "padded" ideology that is designed to "hide" the bare-wall ideology behind it.              $D:> To the left of me is [an older lady, 5'2" or 3"] tall slipping into some       type of cloth shoes that have been sewn together in the centers so when she       walks it [makes a shuffle-like movement.]              This reminds me of the ancient cultural tradition in China, of binding the       feet of women. Not that this applies (or doesn't) here, but it certainly       reminds me of it. To say the least, her feet appear to be bound in such a way       that her mobility is        clearly limited. The later reference in this dream to an eagle really starts       to bring the US/China relationship into focus, more along ideological lines       (freedom & liberty vs. communism/deep state) than anything else.              $D:> Lady has long bushy hair that looks like it has had too much back combing.              Not entirely sure what that means (I'm not that into styling) but it does       reemphasize the mental image I have of a Chinese lady.              $D:> She is wearing a beautiful blouse with a maroon background with real gold       threads in a filigree pattern. She sits on a padded bench close to me and I       look closer only to realize she has long fake eyelashes, guessing 1 1/2 inches       long.              The fake "reality" of communism / socialism is more obvious with closer       scrutiny. The "richness" of the garments are, in fact, a disguise. True       beauty comes from within, rather than from without.              $D:> She's taking tweezers and mirror and starts pulling small hairs out of       her eyelashes.              Literally? or did you mean she was plucking her eyebrows? I can't get       anything from the image of removing hairs from eyelashes, unless the length of       the fake lashes are causing a slight impediment from her loss of hair, likely       caused from having to        maintain a fake facade in a communist culture. (Sorry, that's just the "tone"       I'm getting from this. Still, a *very* interesting dream!)              $D:> I look up and see an [eagle-type] bird sitting on top of one of these       panels looking at me, then it [flies] down landing in my lap.              As an emblem of the American Dream, realities such as "freedom", "liberty",       "justice," and "capitalism" are literally found "in your lap", so *be VERY       WARY* of any foreign male trying to marry you for a green-card. Of course,       that's YOUR business, I'm        just pointing out....              $D:> I then notice the bird is made of a loose weave brown cloth with black       eyes, with orange feet and legs.              Very likely the result of our President trying to re-weave the fabric of our       nation back together again....              $D:> I turn the bird around to look at the back side dropping my hands and the       bird takes off and [flies] back up on top of a turquoise panel where it came       from. I try to wrap my mind around how a fake bird can fly when I wake up       just then.              The American Dream is ONLY as "real" as the effort put forth to maintain and       preserve it.              $D:> Note: The turquoise panels tells me this dream is spiritual in nature so       the dream must be interpreted from that standpoint.               This may come as a kind of hard-knock, but *everything* that lives is       "spiritual," because (tracing the root meaning of the word back to its origin)       "spirit" comes from the meaning for "wind". The Holy Spirit is literally the       first breath one receives        following the immersion of Baptism, but in other contexts, is the "living       breath" of one who has and promotes Life. So taking *that* into account, I       find it much easier to acknowledge that the turquoise imagery has something to       do in your life        perspective with something that will actually occur or is occurring in "real       life."              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
