   Hmmm... for sure, it reminds me (again) of the Chinese communist party,   
   personified as an individual in a dream, such that individuality is rooted   
   out, where only the "party line" (or "lash") is deemed acceptable.  Everything   
   about that lady in that    
   dream was screaming "FAKE!" to me (of course, that's just my perception.    
   Yours may certainly differ.)  Personally, I've always appreciated a woman more   
   for her natural beauty than compared with a "made up" version.  However, I   
   also understand I under-   
   appreciated Gina (slightly) in her youth for her skill with make-up, but I   
   don't want to go on about her while rendering an interpretation of your dream,   
   *just pointing out* that even make-up can be a beauty and a skill in itself.
