        Nice to see a new picture of yourself.  Think the old was at least 10   
   years old.  I would never of thought that you would ever wear the color red,   
   you don't seem the type.

   P.S. Somewhere you post a technique you use to get to sleep.  If that ever   
   fails, try Melatonin 10 mg which you can get at Wal-Mart.  Works great and not   
   habit forming.
