|    2020/07/22 Wednesday: Alex Trebek?!?    |

From: dicksilk@gmail.com              2020/07/22 Wednesday: Alex Trebek?!?              The dreamer was *as if* perhaps seated in an audience— based on the view       backwards toward female A, and the view forwards toward Alex Trebek. The       female was of a slightly darker complexion, being either *extremely* well       tanned, or possibly of a Greek /        Mediterranean / Mexican (?) origin, seemingly much closer to Latina than       Mediterranean. I cannot recall if she was wearing glasses or sunglasses or       any eye-wear at all, but if she ever did, that thick, dark, fashionable       plastic (California-style?) look        would make for a decent fit. She had short, dark hair, from what I noticed,       and a tattoo of two words on the exposed area just beneath her collar bone,       one of those *shallow* V-shaped tops, *possibly* exposing her shoulders, but       again, I didn't get that        good a look. I (the dreamer) was trying to make ANY sense of those words       tattooed on her chest. (In real life, I'm something of a compulsive T-shirt       reader, as I like to know what people are "saying.")              This rather short glance (back in her direction) was followed by a slightly       more involved activity going on to the front, where Alex (in a younger version       of himself) was displaying a kind of model house, the size of something one       could stand behind,        even hold up, as it was no more than perhaps 2' high, maybe 2½-3' wide, but       represented at LEAST two stories. It was modular in the sense it was also       "see through", much like a diorama. He was explaining how someone had written       or sent him something,        which he was translating *as* that dollhouse model. "I" had the impression       that this model was *his* interpretation of what *she* had sent, as if he had       created the model as a way to represent what she had sent, although in       hindsight, it would make a        LOT more sense if SHE had sent in the model. It would also make a LOT more       sense if "she" were the person being glanced at during the start of the dream       sequence. Clarity 8. I *thought* I could read the tats at the start, but       apparently not well        enough to recount them here, other than something like "##### ay", although it       was in black text and bold italics, the letters each at *least* ½"x½", up to       1"x1", max.              Meanwhile...              There was this OTHER dream that was *likely* a product of having watched the       Season 2 episode 1 of "The Alienist" which dealt with / the season deals with       baby snatching and killing. It's a real sick-o show, but the 1890s era in       which it's set is *super*        cool. They've got a digital recreation of NYC in those days that is       certainly sufficient to act as a stage set √ But onto the dream:              The location was the old mobile home on 3050 Asbury Lane (which was physically       removed in real life in late 2001, AFTER 9/11 but *before* Christmas) only it       seemed as if someone *else* lived there (in the dream.) It felt more like a       kind of drug den or        hideout for thieves, although that may be a bit too extreme a ch       racterization. It certainly didn't have the happy, positive, bright,       Christian vibe to it, that's for sure! There was also something to deal with       an infant discovered *outside* the home,        as if it had fallen through a trap door in the living room or its bedroom and       somehow managed to roll or crawl its way into the back yard, which in the       dream seemed *barely* credible (mostly *incredible*) while if this were closer       to "real life," the        aluminum skirting around the house would have prevented this scenario       completely. There was some bickering in the dream between the people present       (it *seemed* like there were 3 adults present, such as a mother figure, a       father figure, and another adult,        perhaps a free-loader or renter or much older (adult) child. The bickering       seemed based in accusation over who let this happen and how? rather than       thanks and relief that a near-catastrophe had been avoided. Clarity 7 to 8.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
