From: dicksilk@gmail.com              2020/08/05 Wednesday:              Starting off with the dream before waking: the dreamer (in this case, *most       likely* myself) is with Mom at Advent Lutheran Church (her church) only as if       we were outside the building on a bright, sunny day (I haven't stepped foot       back inside since they        voted to sanction gay marriage as "Holy Matrimony" *INSIDE* the sanctuary.        That's pure hypocrisy. "Secular" marriage, that's "Render unto Caesar," but       hypocrisy = death.) There is a gathering of my siblings outside the building,       and Mom comes out to        greet us, and says something to everyone, then begins to leave, practically       back inside the car, but the pastor there comes out to see us, as if the       service is not yet over with, and Mom begins to mention how scatter-brained       she's felt lately. So the        pastor says a little prayer and everyone begins to leave, except the dream       ended before I (the dreamer) drove off. Clarity 8 to 9.              I have a *strong* hunch that, although the dream is resonant with Mom's       eventual funeral, that funeral will be held at Woodfin's Chapel (rather than       Advent) so it is more likely due to the scheduled "zoom" Bible study for later       this morning, and/or the        communion service scheduled for this evening.              Another dream from earlier in the night involved some kind of frozen dish in       the refrigerator, except that the thawing process was producing a LARGE amount       of water, which was spilling over the edge of the casserole dish. "I" (the       dreamer) removed the        dish and began draining it over the kitchen sink. Clarity 7, as I suspect       there was a bit more mentioned in the dream that simply wasn't even coherent.        I mean, as the dream activity was concerned, sure, draining off a dish that's       melting makes perfect        sense, but why was all this going on to begin with? That's the part that       lacks clarity.              Just a follow-up note: That dream from the other night involving a bunch of       activity up on the road at 3050 Asbury Lane, where Larry reminds me I've got a       helicopter: last night it was sinking in that what we've been experiencing in       Portland, Oregon        for that past 2 months is nothing short of a Communist Uprising, disguised as       a "protest." The more I pondered on this, the more it began to make sense,       and that dream of activity going on in that dream from the other night came       back into mind.              There was some vague dream involving two cats, as if they were dealing with a       new environment inside a different home location. I have a *suspicion* this       (fuzzy) dream is related to Gina in some way, but other than the       cat-component, there's nothing to        specifically link them together at this time.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
