Hello Dick,   
          I have no idea what the other people that was with this naked guy   
   looked like as he took my full attention.   
   You think about a naked woman walking by you, where would your attention be?   
   No it was not a shark bite, too small for a shark.  It was like something   
   happened to him and he didn't seek medical attention and this was the result.
