Interesting (especially the part about feeling his body heat!) I got the
impression that the event was like the resonance of a bell being rung, that it
was the same event perceived as repeated vibrations, rather than a succession
   of (3 or 4) consecutive
events. As to whether or not it represented anything *other* than what it
describes ("taking the dream at its word", so to speak) is outside my present
view, as it were. I get the impression the guy in the dream was more of an
   ideal configuration
rather than someone you actually know. While I reached 6'2" in my youth, I
always had brown hair and brown eyes, and was more of a math-science-studies
kinda guy than a cowboy (just excluding myself from any probability of
   involvement with the
interpretation process.) Somewhere in the back of my mind I have the
impression you've had two husbands (by all means, correct me if I'm mistaken)
so this (at least) 3-cycle *could* indicate a possible 3rd husband.
   Seriously, though, if you should
happen to observe *anything else* in your life that possibly "resonates" with
the dream, I'd be curious as to what it could be.

   > and I even hear the noise from the freeway since I have my window open.

Wondering if that's a real-life intrusion, or simply an observation made of
   the dream environment?

   > Thinking to myself this guy really knows how to kiss and just then scene
   jumps

Hm! A judgement without (any expressed) desire to maintain or continue in
*any* way with the cowboy. The next scene being >>>

   > and I now find myself holding a Turkey drum stick with both hands and eating
   it when I wake up.

suggests that food / energy replenishment was required. If I could help
further I would, but all I get is that the 3-to-4 repetition is a singular
event that "resonates" (not necessarily with "sound" but as a vibration,
similar to the ringing of a bell.)
I caught your references to "blue" however, black hair and blue eyes puts me
in mind of Swedish or Viking ancestry.
