   Just a quick catch-up:  Last Saturday (the 24th) Mom's new "Hoveround"   
   (electric wheelchair) was delivered.  At that time, she was not fully   
   incapacitated, just with a slightly painful hitch in her git-along which made   
   a cane necessary at times.     
   Regardless, she (medically) qualified for the Medicare device, which seemed   
   like a cannon for a fly swatter, *except*:  the VERY NEXT DAY, Sunday, 10/25,   
   Mom (who does qualify as a "heart patient") took a hot shower (hot showers and   
   baths are to be    
   avoided for elderly heart patients!) and had an incident *outside* of the tub   
   which caused her to pass out, causing a possible fracture of a hip / pelvic /   
   sacral bone on her right side.  The end of that mini-story being she now has   
   this wonderful    
   motorized wheel chair to help her get around.   
      
   OK, so that technically qualifies as a "personal journal entry", but noting it   
   *because* her progression through her twilight years has crept into a few of   
   *my* dreams here and there along the way.  And although I suspect this dream   
   I'm about to post is    
   not actually related to her condition, it does involve "the past":   
      
   There was a *problem* of sorts with Medal of Honor (or possibly valor?)   
   winners from the Civil War being robbed in a kind of sequential manner:    
   Apparently, their medals were a matter of recorded history, and someone (a   
   particular thief or possibly group    
   of thieves) worked to methodically hunt them down and steal their medals,   
   apparently for resale on the black market, apparently for the purpose of   
   helping the thief (at least one) meet his drug habit / provide for a "fix."    
   The dreamer's part in all this    
   was to analyze the problem and predict the next person (veteran) who would be   
   targeted, as the crimes appeared to be happening in a sequential order,   
   according to the order in which the medals were awarded, the idea being that   
   they were far enough back    
   in time that the ripples would be minor / unnoticed by the public at large.   
      
   There was some *slight* input regarding the idea that some of the victims were   
   gays, and this might be considered a "hate crime" (a redundancy if ever there   
   was one!) which led the dreamer to deal with the fact that crime is wrong,   
   regardless of WHO the    
   target / victim might be.   
      
   I had the impression as the dream was ending that the perp was caught /   
   arrested via this analysis, but that was mostly just an impression.   
      
   The dream itself serves as a type of metaphor with respect to the way the   
   Leftists ("progressives", BLM, Antifa, jihadists, etc.) are destroying statues   
   around the country and around the world.  Destroying historical markers of   
   this sort is something    
   vehemently practiced by radical, Islamic terrorists.  Make no mistake, the   
   ENTIRE DNC has been usurped / subjugated / submitted to Islam.  No question   
   about it.
