objects lying in the center of the floor. I walk over and take my foot and try
to separate what's there. One is a black sheath type dress with spaghetti
straps. I lean over then and
go through the black pile and colors appear on an object, so I pull it out and
it is a chunky style necklace with rounded squares of black, red, yellow,
orange and blue possible from in the 1920's. Just then I wake up.

So I just now finished posting my reply to your comments on the seal-sled
dream, which included comments on "the dream of blackness" from earlier (as
part of the explanation of the seal-sled dream) and then come to find you've
   just posted a dream, also
with a black theme. So *of course* I'm going to offer an interpretation
   ("opinion") from my own "perspective":

The black dress feels like a "temptation" (lure of attraction) which the
political left wants you to believe, but the colors which appear represent the
more solid reality of *actual* inclusion ("unity", symbolized with colors of
   all races, symbolized by "
Orange Man" Trump) which the right offers. The blue, of course, represents
the presence of actual thought / logos / logic / life / reason ("spirituality"
in your filing cabinet of symbols) which I find of interest: from what you've
   written, you were
holding onto the necklace (rather than the dress) when you awoke. I take that
as a VERY good sign (the temptation of blackness from the dress is "left"
behind.) Just out of curiosity, and I have little idea as to why I'm asking
   this, but was the blue
coloring "solid" (reflecting the blue color of the light spectrum) or
"illuminated" in some way (radiating blue light from within)?
