Late Friday evening, I had a flash memory of a dream I'd forgotten to post on
yesterday morning. I find it interesting that *many* dreams seem to occur
twice: once when being dreamed, then later during waking activity. The dream
   involved the dreamer
viewing a room with a doorway to the right (with no actual door, just the
opening for one) from which people (men) were (at least one guy was) exiting.
So far, no problem, however, the means by which one exited the room was so
   surprising that it caused
the dreamer to "re-watch" the scenario, similar to someone with a DVR using
the back-skip button to re-watch the previous 6 seconds of video. What was
viewed (then re-viewed) involved a guy ("C") in somewhat formal business
   attire *moving* to the right,
but not so much as a "step" as he was "lifted" at about 4"–5" above the
ground and *conveyed* to the right, through the doorway, as if on a current of
solid air. The "rewind" review of what had just been observed brought the
   dreamer's perspective
closer to the action, not unlike a camera close-up, and there is some slight
memory of the feeling of being carried through that doorway in the column of
uplifting and forward-pushing (conveying) air. The clarity was a good, solid
   8+, although the room
itself was darkish / seemingly unlit. The *memory* of the dream occurred
whilst watching a rerun of S1E2 Monte Python's Flying Circus, and the person
similar to "C" in the scene seemed to take on a very characteristic appearance
   of John Cleese at the
age when he made that episode.

So LAST night, this morning, the one dream sequence which seems to remain
involves the dreamer driving a car, as seen in an exceptionally brief outer
view as my '78 Datson 280 ZX Turbo (with T-tops, although they seemed to have
   been during the dream— ?)
wherein the route being traveled seemed "familiar", like an older route not
taken recently. The path seemed very much like a curved bob-sled (or luge)
run, and the vehicle was gliding along rather quickly, but the path soon
   became that of an interstate
/ highway, which seemed to "fit" the vehicle more comfortably. The path then
seemed to be northward along US-231 just north of Murfreesboro, headed toward
Lebanon (TN) except that the highway seemed to become more like an interstate,
   along with an exit,
which seemed to be taking the dreamer (and the vehicle) south, back towards
Murfreesboro, which felt exactly as if the driver had realized, "Oops! I
must've taken a wrong turn!" whereupon a path to the right (west) was then
   being traveled, except that it
seemed to be following along a rock ledge, ascending higher with each passing
foot of distance traveled. The dreamer drove the car at a slight angle to the
right, leaving the ascending rise of the ledge/path, and landing all 4 tires
   directly upon the
lower path. There was a slight jar upon landing, but the dreamer was mildly
surprised at how relatively easy the vehicle stuck the landing! Now of
course, a sensible driver in a real car in the real world would never have
   been driving a 280Z up a rock
ledge in the first place, nor would he have driven off a rising ledge (at
least 6', going on 10') to a lower road, but this was all in dream world, and
as such, I am at something of a loss as to an explanation regarding what this
   may have been about.
