From: dicksilk@gmail.com              10:03 AM 4/20/2021              Unusual dream where the dreamer seems to be acting as a mediator between a       "law enforcement type" (or someone with a legitimate beef) against a       "perpetrator type" (or someone who had committed some heinous or near-heinous       level deed(s)) and the details,        while certainly sketchy, seemed clearly along a mediator-showing       revenge-seeker-how-to-love-thine-enemies-type plot. Let's start with "the       room" / setting, which was akin to the glass-front area of a 1950s/60s era       clothing store (the kind that are fast        becoming obsolete due to rioting and looting of the leftist haters of today.)        In the background, as if in the place where a large polar bear might be       mounted on display, something akin to a large, darkish-blackish-reddish bat or       possibly demonic-looking        creature (similar in shape to the Bacardi logo!) possibly some type of       reference to the WuFlu vial of pestilence poured out upon the world in late       2019. And although it seemed to represent some sort of malevolence, it was       largely ignored by the dreamer        other than simply as an item in the background, much as one might ignore a       painting on a wall.              The action involved the dreamer intervening, practically interposing       (position) between the revenge-seeker and the alleged perp. The lawman-type       guy had a legitimate "beef" (accusation / warrant / what have you) against the       perp, but so too did the        dreamer! There was some amount of dialogue between the dreamer and the guy       wherein the dreamer says something like, "I do too, but 'love thine enemies'       allowed me / allows one to let go of such conflict." (OK, the words were not       *quite* that eloquent,        but that was the meaning felt, and the "Love thine enemies" quote was       *clearly* used! See Matthew 5:44 in the Gospel of the New Testament, aka the       Bible.)              Again, there were many other dreams, but that was the one that seemed to stick       in my mind beyond breakfast and coffee.       10:18 AM 4/20/2021              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
