(outside of the building) of something like a multi-level parking garage,
although there did appear to be daylight outside, of the overcas
/cloudy/possibly rainy day look to it.
The dreamer *also* appeared to be standing beside a small motorcycle, about
half-way between a mini-bike and a typical, small motorcycle. The dreamer had
both hands on the handle-grips, and used the right grip to rev the engine. The
   rear wheel was either
elevated as if on a kick-stand, or *possibly* the gear was simply in neutral,
but the dreamer had the impression of the rear wheel being "off the ground" so
that IF the rear wheel were spinning, the bike clearly wasn't going anywhere
   inside the glass
elevator. Dream clarity 8+ to 9, although it ended with the dreamer pondering
   "What next?"

   > This was such a high clarity (10-) that afterward, I had to go back and
determine that it HAD been a dream. I "was myself" in my bed in my bedroom,
where there was plenty of light (I have a westward-facing window that fairly
   well illuminates the whole
room most of the day.) Sadly, what is about to be described is largely exactly
how I "interact" with my bed: As a single guy, I have no real "need" to "make
it" every day. About the only time I *do* make it up is after the sheets come
   back from the dryer,
and even then, only if I'm in a particularly "good" mood. The idea is that by
simply fluffing the sheets over the mattress, and keeping the "leading edges"
aligned / together, I've got the cover sheet and a top quilt (heavier sheet)
   all free and flowing
for me to "wrap up" in them "as the Spirit moves me," so to speak.
   >
   > In real life, fortunately, my elderly mother is a late sleeper, typically
getting up around 11-ish, which means (like today) I typically have my
breakfast and morning comics & crossword puzzle & Sudoku (& toilet process)
   finished before she gets up,
although I may be eating breakfast or still working the paper on occasion, but
that's just to help understand that the "embarrassment" of an EMHO is
practically non-existent. Even IF such a thing were to occur, I would take
steps to ensure that it was
NOT obvious before getting out of bed, like saying "good morning" to my dog,
or thinking of things to do later in the day, etc., things designed to help
that early morning "tumescence" disappear, or even use the elastic of my
   underwear to "hold it firmly
in place" in an upright manner, so that the T-shirt "covers" the condition
until after I can get to the toilet to let the overnight's bladder
   accumulation drain.
   >
   > Now sure, you (the reader) likely do not care about such biological issues
and personal habits, but it helps to understand the nature of the "dream of
self in bed"— The dreamer's bedroom door was wide open, meaning anyone
   walking down the hallway (
typically north to south, in order to get to the living room) could *easily*
turn one's head to the right, catching a passing glance of the bedroom,
especially the bed laid out in front of the western-facing window. And in the
   dream, such a thing
occurred. It was my mother, only she appeared as if in her 40s or 50s, whereas
I felt as if I were in my teens, and sure enough, the EMHO was a factor, as
only a top sheet was present (not the covering quilt) and the dreamer was very
   much concerned that
an emho may have been creating a "tent effect", which again, some guys would
likely be "proud of" but for me, it was more of a sense of *possible* personal
embarrassment. Fortunately, mothers just move on down the halls and don't
   bring up such matters,
   and the dream ended.

   >
   > This was *again* a VERY realistic type dream, wherein the dreamer (again, in
the "feel" of "myself") was outside in the front yard, facing (eastward) the
street (which runs basically north-south) basically "minding my own business,"
   when some guy
interrupts the dreamer's thought(s) with a word or two of alarm, regarding
"smoke" as in [coming from the kitchen] (or something like that.) This did
alarm the dreamer, and "I" turned toward the house, half expecting to see
   smoke coming from the kitchen
area. And although there was a rather dull, low-sounding, repetitive klaxon
(nearly gong-like) going off, the dreamer did NOT notice any flames, and only
"half-way" imagined there being any smoke, as the dream suddenly ended.
   Clarity 9+.
   >
   > When I awoke from this, with a startle, I considered immediately that it may
have been a reference to my mother's future (planned) cremation (she's got a
plan on file with the local funeral home.) I debated acting out of concern for
   her, and getting my
"day" started early, but decided instead to go back to bed (as I often feel
"sleepy" as if a dream blanket is descending upon me.) I figured, it was
likely better to sleep soundly than to wake furtively. Speaking of which, I
feel the need for a mid-
morning nap coming on... 11:49 6/5/2021

   > The dreamer was in a checkout line at a store, similar to a large ticket
item store, such as either Wal*Mart or Home Depot or Lowe's, where larger
items could be brought through the checkout lanes. Not entirely sure *what*
was being bought, but it had
a *high* price tag. The only catch was, the dreamer could *buy* the item full
price (let's say, $2000 for example, although the exact prices in the dream
eluded me in the dream itself, so this recall is even a bit hazier, but the
   principle is being
expressed) but had the option of only paying $1000 now, which the dreamer
[*basically*] thought, "Hey, why not?" and went ahead and paid the $1000 down.
Before the dreamer had fully exited the checkout lane, but as the next
   customer was approaching to
address the cashier, the dreamer basically spoke up to confirm when the
balance would be due, to which the cashier replied something to the effect
that the later payment would be (roughly) $1500 rather than the $1000
   expected.
