From: dicksilk@gmail.com              9:14 12/2/2021              Of course I've been having lots of dreams, but simply lacked the impetus to       post them of late— until this morning. The dream before waking involved the       dreamer along with a vehicle (similar to the one I drive in real life) along       with someone who was        sort of like my mother (in real life) as if the dreamer were bringing the       mother "back" to the house (where I live in real life) but where they'd been       or what they'd been doing seems to be absent from any memory of the dream,       although it was vaguely        present just until the main action occurred: A man *similar* in nature to       Gina's first husband (whom I've occasionally referred to as "Guido") appeared       as if he were a white-winged person (not so much an angel or a devil with       wings, but merely as a        person with white wings.)              There had been some pre-arrival discussion that "Tony" would be arriving       shortly, sort of as a way to prepare the dreamer mentally for what was about       to occur. The dreamer seemed amicable rather than vengeful or hostile in any       way.              As he landed beside the driveway (the back area where the porch becomes the       driveway) there was some issue with one of his wings having fallen off, only       it was similar to a white bicycle handle bar grip, that hollow-yet-capped tube       that one may slide on        or off of a bicycle bar handle, with finger grips molded on the outside.        There was also an object similar in nature to a wind-up alarm clock, the kind       with those two half-dome brass bells affixed atop with a clanger between       them. It was as if when the        guy had landed, a bicycle handle grip along with the alarm clock both hit the       ground, somehow as a direct consequence of the guy having lost a wing, as if       the wing were some kind of chemical-molecular reaction, with the wing       splitting into the grip and        the clock.              The dreamer retrieved the grip (from off the ground— for whatever reason,       the alarm clock was mentally noted as "unnecessary" and thus forgotten about       at the moment, but it *did* stick in the mind as a kind of "memo" for later)       and returned it to "Tony"        and asked if the guy would like to go for a ride around the neighborhood,       which the dreamer and his mother had just been about to do. Please note:        IRL, my real mother is nearing 92, whereas in the dream, the mother figure was       decades younger, possibly        as a dream symbol. The idea was that the dreamer was being "cordial" if not       "hospitable" toward Guido / Tony, and the guy (now on land) was amenable to       going around in the car. There was something said along the lines of "I'm       sure the perspective isn't        as high as what you're accustomed to, but there's something to be said about       seeing things at the ground level that one simply doesn't get from up       there...."              The dream simply ended, all around a clarity of 8+, as there appeared to be a       rather large amount of symbolism in the dream, yet it was all flowing as part       of the action.              Now, just because I happen to be writing this up, here's a post that preceded       that last one by a small amount of time: the dreamer had been looking for a       toilet due to an impending need, but was holding a drape/curtain mounted on a       curved pole above /        around a stall area, and was letting a few urgent cases (at least two) come       sit (one after the other) as they seemed a bit more imminent at the moment,       but when a third person approached, the dreamer indicated that "Sorry, it's my       turn." Of course, the        typical dream is of the search FOR a toilet or urinal. This one of being the       gatekeeper for a toilet was a first (at least for me.) Clarity 8+, but it       ended as the dreamer sat to get down to business, as it were. I mention this       because there was a        type of "twin dream" almost directly thereafter, of a nearly identical nature,       wherein the dreamer was sitting upon a toilet, but for some reason it was as       if the curtain / drape had not been closed, apparently under the assumption       that the building        seemed empty during the seeking/finding phase. Yet as the dreamer was       sitting, a dark-skinned, burly-set female (nationality unknown, but there was       an assumption of her being African-American, around 40 years old?) who       performed the courtesy of closing        the drapes for the privacy of the dreamer, which felt appreciated. I used the       term "burly-set" because she could easily have been a shorter football player,       or possibly even a bouncer or hospice-type nurse, the kind with the strength       to up and move        patients of any size in order to get the job done. Also clarity 8+.              The thought occurs to me that these two dreams *may* indicate something akin       to "split timelines," *one* event as seen from two distinct perspectives.              9:50 12/2/2021              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
