From: dicksilk@gmail.com              A remembered dream snippet from a night or two before: the dreamer was in a       vehicle (such as a car) but it was rolling / moving *backwards*, and not just       a tiny slip like some dreams encounter, but a continuous roll, as if it were       rolling downhill on a        street, where the dreamer couldn't easily turn the head around to see behind,       but rather than “jerk awake,” the dream managed to stay continuous as the       dreamer experienced a “swing” of sorts, such that the car was now moving       *forwards* again,        which is odd thinking back on it, because due to the *nature* of the (180°)       swing / pivot, the dreamer *should* have been facing *backwards* as the       vehicle swung around to move forwards.       I can’t help but interpret this as either a major change in my personal       direction, or more possibly, a change in the direction of the nation / the       world, as the Biden installation is beginning to near its end (Rah!!)        Incidentally, I read today where        Trump is expecting to run again in 2024. YAY!!! :-) 🇺🇸        ❤️               Meanwhile, LAST night / this morning, there was an *unusual* intro TO a dream,       consisting of a *dark* setting yet with even darker scribbling, as if someone       had used a black ballpoint pen with India ink on a dark sheet of paper, but       the scribbling        pattern was not only side-to-side (by about 1”–2”) but also vertical,       somewhat as how a child (or even an adult) might draw a tornado, or an       emotionally wrought person might scrub out a section of written text.               The first thought that went through my head was that it reminded me of the       emotional “tornado” that Joyce caused in my past. (I suspect her       “soul” is an emotional tornado, but to continue….)               The next scene that had some imagery in it involved something that *looked       like* a young monkey, maybe 2–3 feet tall at the most, and the dreamer moved       to perform some sort of back-rub / massage move, in something of a        shoulder-down-the-spine        direction, however, the ending position wasn’t actually a massage so much as       it was a kind of hard, firm *pinch* with the dreamer’s hands *firmly*       clamping, pinching (but more like clamping) the monkey’s left and right       buttocks with the dreamer’s        left and right hands, respectively.               Then came the bellow: it is almost impossible to remember what it sounded       like as I’m typing this up (hours later, around around 6 PM) but I did take       some mental notes at the time of waking, which I can recall here:              It wasn’t a “sound” as one would hear a natural vibration, such as a       voice or a note, but rather a “distortion,” similar in nature to the sound       of an old TV set channeled to an off-the-air station (TV static, something       rarely if ever heard “       live” in today’s world of DVRs, dish and cable.)              Only this bellow wasn’t soft like the static on a TV station— it was LOUD       like the bellow of a ship’s (steam-powered) fog horn. But please keep in       mind, a ship’s whistle / horn has a *musical* (wavelength) quality to it.        There was NO        wavelength in the bellow heard in the dream. As I awoke from the incident, it       seemed as if the monkey had turned into my youngest son, Landon, which made me       feel *awful* to think I’d caused him pain! (Even if it was *only a       dream*—) At any rate,        clarity 9, actually ranging from 7-ish through 8 through 9+, but with       evaporation and the peculiarity of the monkey image transitioning into my son,       rating it as a 9 is probably about right.              Speaking of Landon, he turns 14 in February!! (Wow....!)              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
